Where does the catalog data come from?

From The Movie Database (TMDB), a community-maintained database of movies and TV shows. Catalog accuracy depends on TMDB. Watch-provider availability is region-dependent and updated by TMDB regularly.

Why doesn't the app play movies directly?

By design. The app is a discovery and routing tool — it shows you what's available where, and one click drops you into the official streaming app or website that holds the title. We don't host, stream, or pirate any video.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open the app → Settings → Subscription → "Restore unlock". Or open the in-app paywall and tap "Restore". You'll need to be signed into the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.

How do I cancel my Annual subscription?

Cancellation is handled by Apple — open System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, find "Originals for Peacock Annual", and tap Cancel Subscription. Your trial or current period continues until the end date.

I'm in a region where Peacock isn't available. Will the app still work?

Yes. The app surfaces every streaming service we have data for in your region. Pick your region from the top toolbar to see what's locally available — Sky / Now TV / BBC iPlayer in the UK, Crave / CBC Gem in Canada, Stan / Binge / Kayo in Australia, Vix / Claro Video / Star+ in Mexico, etc.

My Vault is full. What now?

The free tier caps Vault at 5 titles. Upgrade to Lifetime ($29.99 once) or Annual ($19.99/yr with a 3-day free trial) to remove the cap. Both plans unlock every feature on every service.

I bought Lifetime but it's still showing the free tier.

Open Settings → Subscription → "Restore unlock". This rebuilds the entitlement state from your Apple Account receipt. If it still doesn't work, email us with the Apple Account email and the approximate purchase date.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for the Originals for Peacock purchase. Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours.
