Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms govern your use of Originals for Peacock ("the app"), built and operated by Pouxi. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

1. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Standard EULA, which forms the baseline of this agreement. Where these terms are silent, Apple's Standard EULA applies.

2. What the app does

The app is a discovery and routing tool. It surfaces metadata about movies and TV series (titles, posters, descriptions, ratings, genres, watch-provider availability) and deep-links you to the official streaming service that holds each title. The app does not host, stream, or play any third-party copyrighted video. Any video playback happens inside the official streaming provider's app or website.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

The app offers a free tier and two paid plans:

• Lifetime — one-time payment, no renewals. The full Vault and all features are unlocked permanently for the active Apple Account.
• Annual — auto-renewing subscription with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel renewals any time in your Apple Account Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription period is allowed during the active period.

Prices are shown in your local currency on the App Store and on the in-app paywall before purchase. Restoring a previous purchase is supported via the "Restore" link in the paywall and in Settings → Subscription.

4. Free tier limits

The free tier caps the Vault at 5 saved titles and rate-limits the Match Engine to a small number of breakdowns per day. These limits exist to encourage upgrade and may change in future versions. Free-tier users see a paywall when limits are hit, and the paywall is always dismissible.

5. Third-party trademarks

"Peacock", "Netflix", "Disney+", "Hulu", "HBO Max", "Prime Video", "Apple TV+", "Paramount+", and other streaming-service names and logos referenced by the app are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names under nominative fair use to describe what the app helps you find. Originals for Peacock is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Peacock TV LLC, NBCUniversal, Netflix, Inc., or any other streaming service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the app to circumvent geographic content restrictions or to access pirated content.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
• Resell or sublicense access to the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that catalog metadata is accurate, complete, or up-to-date — TMDB is the source of catalog data and we surface it as provided.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pouxi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and Pouxi only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your Mac. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies; subscription refunds are handled by Apple.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the next App Store update. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
